Saal Digital Wall Decor Review

Last month I noticed an advert on Instagram offering the opportunity to try out Saal Digital Wall Decor products in exchange for a review. I was lucky to have been selected to try the products and chose a few of my favourite recent floral photos to print.

At first I procrastinated as I am not that great at getting on the computer to upload and edit my photos! But then I realised that Saal Digital have an Iphone app which made everything very quick and easy. I was able to easily upload my image from my phone and select my chosen size and format before adding to my basket. The only slight hiccup I had was that the app froze while trying to checkout using Paypal, after trying twice I switched to card payment which worked fine. The other thing I realised is that measurements are all in centimetres and not inches as I thought at first!

The canvas shown above has beautifully wrapped edges and has a textured finish. It works well with the ranunculus photo I had printed.

This print and the pink photo at the start of this post are both the PVC foamboard products. It has a matt finish and a mount can be added for an extra charge. I think this board is ideal for hanging with Command strips as the back is very flat and smooth.

This print is made with the acrylic glass and is a more expensive product. It has a shiny glass like surface which is very smooth and reflective.

I also ordered a fine art print as I am considering offering these for sale in the future. I am really pleased with the quality of the products and materials provided and would definitely consider Saal Digital again when I print artwork in the future. It’s important to consider the quality of your photograph when printing using the phone app, as enlarging a phone photo can result in a lower quality print, so for fine art photos and prints I would edit and upload from a computer.  I hope you enjoyed this quick review and you can apply to review their products here if you want to have a go yourself!
